Strength, crafted.
The AI strength training app that adapts to you.
Liftcraft turns your training goals into a science-based program, learns from every set you log, and automatically adjusts as you progress.
No spam. We'll email you when iOS is ready.
Three ways to start.
However you start, Liftcraft adapts as you go.
Start from your goal
Tell Liftcraft what you're training for — building muscle, getting stronger, getting toned, or training around an injury. We turn it into a science-based program, then raise or lower your weights, tweak your sets and reps, and adjust your exercises based on how you're actually progressing.
Pick a proven program
Start with a battle-tested program from our library — beginner linear progression, classic wave loading, powerlifting schedules, hypertrophy templates. Liftcraft still adapts as you go, adjusting weights, sets, and exercises based on how you're actually progressing. Switch any cycle.
Build your own with ChatGPT or Claude
Use our prompt template with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI. Paste the result back into Liftcraft — we validate it, then adapt as you go, adjusting weights, sets, and exercises based on how you're actually progressing. Power users can connect Claude or ChatGPT directly via MCP.
Built differently
Adapts to you.
Hypertrophy programs don't look like strength programs. Toning programs don't look like injury-accommodating ones. Liftcraft turns your goal into the right program — and keeps adjusting the weights, sets, and exercises based on how you're actually progressing.
Any program works.
Beginner linear progression, 5/3/1, wave loading, hypertrophy blocks — Liftcraft is agnostic. Switch at any cycle.
AI in the background.
No chatbot. No pep talks. Liftcraft uses AI to craft your program, learn from your sets, and adjust your weights, sets, and exercises as you go. You just train.
Questions
What is Liftcraft?+
Liftcraft is an AI strength training app for iPhone and Apple Watch that adapts to you. Tell Liftcraft what you're training for — building muscle, getting stronger, getting toned, or training around an injury — and it turns your goals into a science-based program, then raises or lowers weights, tweaks sets and reps, and adjusts exercises based on how you're actually progressing. You can also pick from a curated library of proven programs, or build your own with ChatGPT or Claude using our prompt template.
What goals does Liftcraft support?+
Liftcraft builds programs around four core goals: building muscle, getting stronger, getting toned, and training around an injury. Each goal gets a methodology that fits the target — hypertrophy blocks for muscle, strength waves for strength, higher-rep volume work for toning, and lumbar-aware design for back issues. Then Liftcraft learns from every set you log and automatically raises or lowers your weights, tweaks your sets and reps, and adjusts your exercises based on how you're actually progressing.
What programs does Liftcraft support?+
Liftcraft works with any structured strength program. The library includes classic wave-based progression, beginner linear progression, powerlifting schedules, hypertrophy templates, and 3-day full-body splits. You can also import custom programs from any source — including programs you design with ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI.
Is Liftcraft free?+
Liftcraft is free for the core experience — pick a program and let Liftcraft adjust the weights, sets, and exercises for you on iPhone and Apple Watch. Advanced features like unlimited AI-generated programs and premium library templates will be paid later. Early-access members get extended free access to those features when they ship.
When is Liftcraft available?+
Liftcraft is currently in private beta on iPhone and Apple Watch. Public launch is scheduled for 2026. Request early access above to join the beta now — invitations roll out as we expand the user base.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude to create a workout in Liftcraft?+
Yes. Liftcraft provides a prompt template you can paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI. The AI generates a structured program, you paste it back into Liftcraft, and our validators check it against safe volume and exercise-library rules before it becomes your next cycle.
What is MCP and do I need it?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is Anthropic's standard for connecting AI tools to external data. Liftcraft's MCP server lets Claude Desktop or ChatGPT directly build programs in your account. Most users won't need it — you can simply pick a premade program from the library or paste output from ChatGPT or Claude.
Does Liftcraft work with Apple Watch?+
Yes. Liftcraft has a dedicated Apple Watch app for logging sets, viewing today's workout, and tracking rest timers. It syncs to iPhone and the web automatically.
Who is Liftcraft for?+
Liftcraft is for anyone who wants results without manually tracking and adjusting their workouts. It automatically raises or lowers your weights, tweaks your sets and reps, and adjusts your exercises — all based on how you're actually progressing.
