We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Liftcraft for your own training. You don't own the Service — the license can be revoked if you violate these terms.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service's vulnerability without our written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
Not medical advice
Liftcraft is a workout tracking and programming tool. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional guidance. You are responsible for your own training decisions and physical safety. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, condition, or are pregnant.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liftcraft and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including injury or property damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You can terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
